– No smoking inside or outside the house
– No pets allowed
– No events, parties, training sessions, or large gatherings allowed. Max occupancy is 6 or fewer people
– Evidence of parties/pet will result in a $1,000 fine
– For your and our neighbor’s safety, we have installed a Noise Aware System (audio only) that can sense the decibel level in the property to prevent parties and improper use of the property.
– Ring Doorbell, located next to the front door facing out, along with a surveillance camera located on the backside of the garage. They do not look at interior spaces.
