I just booked my vacation rental at the property. How do I access the property?

Once your booking is confirmed and you have signed the vacation rental agreement that will be emailed to you, you will be provided the check-in instructions 14 days before the check-in date and upon receipt of your final payment.

The check-in instructions will contain our property’s exact address, vacation rental agreement, access instructions, and contact information of your Guest Contact.

What is in the vacation rental agreement and why do I need to sign it?

Thank you for your interest in renting the vacation property with us. We have opened our homes for visitors from all over the country and even the world. And we will strive to provide you and your guests a smooth and memorable experience. Unfortunately, we also experienced a surge in parties and fraudulent credit card usage. To protect the owners and their property against any misuse, we require our prospective guests to sign and acknowledge the vacation rental agreement. The vacation rental agreement consists of rental and property policies to indemnify the property owner.

There is a change in my plans and it looks like I wont be able to stay at that property. What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and plans change. That’s why we offer the flexibility to change your plans when you book directly on our site

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel within 48-hrs of Confirming Your Reservation: Get a full refund for your stay
  • Cancel or Change plans at least 48 hrs Before Check-in: We will provide you with a travel credit for future use, valid for up to 12 months.
  • Cancel within 48 hrs of Check-in: No refunds issued and no travel credit offered

What should I do if I encounter an issue during my trip?

We will strive to make your experience smooth and stress-free but if some issue were to occur during your stay, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Call the Guest Contact found in your check-in instructions and report the issue within 24 hrs.
  • Step 2: Document the issue by taking photos and notes
  • Step 3: Share the document with your guest contact and work through with him/her to resolve the issue.
  • Step 4: If you are unable to work it out directly with the guest contact, email the customer experience team at myreservations@eadovacationrentals.com
